Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

depositions

My husband's lawyer continuosly calls me to her office for depositions. Am I required by law to go to these, and how many depositions do I have to go to?

Generally, you only have to go to one deposition per case. If the lawyer does it again, file a motion to quash the deposition notice.
