Deseased step father

Boyfreind and girlfreind have lived together for several years they bought a brand new house last year and his fathers name and himself were the only one on the title however she was paying for the house too.Also 50-50 on utilities

He had adopted her younger son also he has a 21 yr old son from a previous relation ship

They have been together around 3yrs and moved from new york together to Orlando florida.

He died last saturday evening and now his family are trying to take everything what are her rights this is urgent she needs help

She has an equitable lien on the house to the amount of her payments.
