Desire to leave the country
If a foreign born parent who is married to a USA citizen wants to leave the USA with a child born in the USA what legal forms are needed to protect parent and child from recourse of USA parent and grand parents and If something happened to USA born parent what rights would grand parents have if child leaves the country with foreign born parent?
The foreign born parent wants to leave because of abuse in the marriage along with other hidden criminal past acts of USA parent.

You will need the others permission, likely through court action.

I agree with the previous analysis, it sounds like you have already been in Court over other matters involving this child and that is the proper forum to resolve the issues, especially the allegations of past abuse (spousal or child?) and criminal acts (prosecuted or not?).

If you take the child out the country without court permission you could you be subject federal kidnapping,plus other criminal and family law issues. I would
