Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

desperate father

my fiance has a hard time seeing his daughter, the ex is in contempt of court for not allowing him to see her but she somehow keeps avoiding the court system. We dont have alot of money so we cant affort a lawyer. She moves everytime we get close to seeing the baby. We know where she is right now but are afraid she'll leave again. Where do we go from here? He just wants a relationship with his baby. What can we do to insure she cant move and keep the baby away from him again? please help!!

Re: desperate father

You can't afford NOT to have a lawyer.

If you had a lawyer, you'd stop fling for contempt, but instead file for custody. Also, you'd know that, if she moves more than 50 miles, the judge may give your fiance custody for that alone. You're probably losing because you don't have a lawyer. How much is his daughter's life worth? Get a lawyer.
