Could someone devorce someone without the other person knowing. if what could be done about it,

In Florida it is possible but very difficult. The person seeking the divorce must perform a "diligent search" and explain that in detail to the Judge. Relatives/employers must be contacted. The Judge must be persuaded it was a legitimate search before granting the divorce. If a divorce was granted improperly you need to take the paperwork to a local attorney immediately.

Even then, the court would require you to serve process through publication in a newspaper.

You have to do a diligent search to find the person first then if you cannot then you can divorce by publication.
