Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have had dfc custody of my great niece for 2 1/2 than went before judge got court order custody of her and total I have had her since she was 2 and she's 11 now and her mother whom been in trouble with the law but never jailed for them just probation is now wanting her back. niece is 11 almost 12 in march and does not want to go live with her mother whom is living at her boyfriends house with her baby number 4 ( only one she has other are either adopted out or court order too) and have been kicked out of the house many times but wont leave.

do I have any rights or does the 11 yrs have the right to decide whom to live with.

thank you
