Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

When I die who gets custody of my minor child

I have sole custody of my minor child, his father is not allowed visitation nor contact in any form. If I were to die who would get custody, and can I provide for custody in my will.

You should definitely state your preference of a guardian in your Will for your child. Feel free to call for more information. (954)966-4140
