Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Please direct me to an attorney that can handle a childs name change. Her Mother is in agreement to change the childs to mine.

I am the only Father The child knows This is a name change not an adoption.

Please help me as i have pledged my name to my child

She is my daughter always will be

So long as you are the biological or legal father, any family law attorney in your area should be able to handle this. It's pretty simple. Check the internet or the phone book in your area.

If you aren't the biological or legal father, you'll have to get the permission of the biological father to do this.
