disabilty, comp and alimony
he cheated on me, he's on disabilty & companisation, and i would like alimony, am i entile to alimony, he stated no. we been married over 30 years and i work. Our children are all grown now.

Based on the length of the marriage, alimony is a possibility. The income of both parties would be taken into consideration. The fact that he is on disability and you are working may circumvent your chances of getting alimony, however.

It is a long term marriage and alimony is possible based on the income and needs of both parties.
