Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Disabled and divorcing

I was disabled in an accident, recieved a settlement, bought a piece of property. I lived with my wife and three children on the property with the help of $500./mo. social security. Now my wife has filed for divorce, and wants this property and our children. She applied to legal aide for assistance before me and they can't assist me because they are representing her. Is there someone who can represent me in this situation? I am able and willing to raise our three children.

Re: Disabled and divorcing

You did not pose a questin but merely requested an attorney. I am located in Broward County, Florida. I would be happy to review your case and determine the issues and whether I would handle this case for a reduced fee. Your other choice would be to contact the Bar Association in your county and ask if there are any attorneys available to handle this for free. My number is (954)966-4140
