Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

a disabled wife..

in 2005 I was involved in a car accident that left me disabled. In sept of 2007 i finally recieved disability, however my husband and I broke up and he is now living in my old house with his new girlfriend, took possession of our bank account, our furniture, everything we had because I have no money to pay for anything. However I did divorced him in feb through a paralegal but I would like to know if I have any rights since I am disabled and he has taken care of me for the past 8 years... or can he just throw his disabled wife in the street?

Your divorce decreee should have determined what your were entitled to.
