disagreements between parents

my x-wife has custody of my son. He started kindergarden and instead of using a daycare to pick him up from school, she wants his 13 yr old brother to meet him at the bus stop and bring him home. Her son has problems with getting detentions at his own school, and I have concerns that ''what happens if he isn't home to get my son'' The house is locked and my x-wife isn't home.I just don't think this is safe, but she refuses to send him to an after school daycare until she can pick him up herself.

This is something that should be worked out without resort to lawyers. Perhaps the issue is $. Perhaps someone else can be hired to pick him up. Talk it out. Good luck.
