Disallution of marriage.
If a person has been married for 3 months, can get an annulment or do they have to petition the court for a disallution of marriage? What steps should be take to get out of the marriage?

The best and cheapest way is to do a simple divorce. I charge $500 plus costs if desired. It really is very simple if no children or property to be divided.
