Believe you need a Suffolk County Criminal attorney to help you.
I don't believe you have standing to file for DNA. The mother will need to file a paternity case action and request a paternity test be done in conjunction with the Suffolk co examiners office crime lab since they hold your son's DNA. I suggest you hire an attorney as this is not going to be something simple and if you mess up there may not be any do overs.
Depends on the age of your grandson. Speak with a local attorney who has handled this type of matter before.
