my wife and i own a small house in fl.i am 63y/o and disabled.my wife took all her personal things and left. saying she would not be back. she has been gone for 5 weeks now..can she just come back any time she wants too and start drinking and carrying on again.i think she ran off with someone. but i am not sure. she is 49y/o.and able to work.but i cant.i only get $800,00 per month ssd.i have no other place to go and need to stay in my home..i have no money for a lawyer.can you please point me in the right direction.there are no children involved..please help.. thank you for your time..--name removed--
