Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Dispute in home & rights.

I would like to know if a couple has been living together for years but not married & the residence is under the man's name & there is constent auguring & fighting & the guy can see it getting to a BAD point what can be done? The man has asked more then once for the woman to leave but she will not. It does not look like it can go on that way. Is there a restraing order or does the man have to live under a constent fighting & BAD roof.? Thank You.

Before seeking a restraining order, which is enforceable through the police anyway, call the police. Try your best to let her leave peacefully. If that doesn't work (I would give her a number of days or weeks to find something and then do this), find your lease or deed with your name on it, showing that you have sole possession rights and call the police. If she comes back after the police have evicted her, then seek a restraining order.

No, He should seek to have her evicted immediately.
