dissolution of marrage with a minor child

I file papers into the court and my ex was served. she is aloud 20 days to respond. I was sent a Notice of unavailibilty and Notice of Limited Apperance from her lawyer. Dose this effect the 20 days and dose she still have to respond in the 20 days? And if she dosnt respond in time can I file a defult on Sundays?

She still has 20 days to respond. You cannot file a motion for default on a Sunday. You have to file it on the next business day.
