dissolution of marriage location

My daughter married in Orange county and they resided in Orange county. She now resides in Volusia county. Can she file for divorce in Volusia county?

The proper venue is in Orange County where the parties resided. If both parties agree, however, they can usually file in any county in Florida. If the husband was to object, the caselaw is clear that the case should be dismissed if filed in Volusia County.
