Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Not sure how to go about getting a dissolution, help please?

My wife lives in Ohio with our 5 year old daughter and I live in florida with my girlfriend of 4 years (wife and i have been seperated for 5 years). Neither one of us has pursued a divorce, but now we have a disagreement on custody (no court orders yet). She won't let our daughter come and visit me here, but it's not always easy for me to go up there. I need to know if i should file a dissolution of marriage or an actual divorce and are there any good websites that I can do that on? SOmething that will allow me to work with having child custody. Also, she frequently moves around town and changes her number and doesn't give it to me, i have to call the sherriff up there to check on my daughter, can she be doing this?

You will have to start a Circuit Court lawsuit. If you want to handle it yourself you can go to the self help department of the Court. Otherwise, retain an attorney.
