After dividing credit card debt, am i still responsible if my ex-husband doesn't make the payments?

It will depend. Do you have a decree of divorce stating that he is the responsible party for the those debts. Also, please note that even with a divorce decree that you may still be responsible. Take him to court for contempt - get him to pay.
