Division of assests
I was married on 2-2-07 of this year ( 11 days ago) in Jacksonville, Florida, I brought to the marriage only a 401K and 12K in a bank account, is she entitled to have of either should we divorce?

She is entitled to half of what you put in your 401K from here on. If you are concerned, you can still execute a postnuptial agreement (like a prenuptial agreement) setting out what is going to be yours and hers in case of divorce or at death.
