How do I enforce a judgement by default issued in Tn on my ex husband who is now in Flordia?

The SC judgment must be domesticated in Florida.

A non Florida judgment must be "domesticated" in that you must apply to the Florida Courts to recognize this judgment. Upon domestication, you will be able to enforce the Judgment in Florida.
