If my husdan is in the army do i still need him to sing the divocer paper.what if i can not reach him.

If your husband does not sign the paper, you can precede forward with a contested divorce. You should also know that, because your husband is in the military, he is allowed to delay the divorce. You should speak with a lawyer who has expertise in military divorce.
