Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I don't know where my husband is, we have been seperated for a year now, I want to file for the simplified divorce since we have no kids and nor property.. We have a checking acct together. Our only mean of communication is through text messages!!when I told him about the divorce through SMS, he went to our joint checking set up online banking for it, cause I didnt have it, and transfered all the money I put in there to his personal acct.. I was the one puting that money in that acct, he never put a dime in it, and some of the money I had was borrowed. The bank can't do anything about it. He won't answer me back..I told him, all I want is a divorce,,I m also not working, and collecting unemployement, and don't have money for the filing fees.we also had an acct a long time ago, where he added to it, and he defaulted by $700, and the bank still sends me letters to pay it, eventhough he was the one that went over limit. what is the best advice you could gt me? I m just looking for an easy and quick way out
