I have joint custody with my ex-wife. Originall we it was settled that I pay half the child-daycare but my kids have entered school and day-care is no longer needed. Do i still need to pay? We share equal time with the chidren.

You have to file a petition to modify child support. The guidelines will be recalculated to take out the daycare.
