Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a divorce agreement (2005) where my ex agreed to pay credit card debt. When he didn't I filed a motion which he got dismissed. Now the credit card people are after me. I have "checks " which are fake/ or were never send in from my ex. What can I do?

when i filed the motion of contempt, it was turned to a magistrate, then his lawyer objected, it was turned back to the judge. I recieved the letter of objection and the letter of the court stating that it was back to the judge. Then I did not receive anything. How can I find out why or how it was dismissed?
