Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My divorce agreement says that my wife must keep our son on her work health insurance as long as reasonable. She then went and put him on the insurance of a guy that she is living with without telling me. Do I have any recourse or am I hindered on putting my son on my insurance?

It depends. She is maintaining insurance on your son whether is be via her insurance or her boyfriends. If the boyfriend drops him on the insurance, then she will have to purchase insurance for him or you can take her to court to force a reduction in child support if you need to insurance him.
