Annulment has nothing to do with the length of the marriage. It has everything to do with the legality of the marriage. Generally if the parties were of legal age, obtained a marriage license and had an authorized person conduct the ceremony, you cannot get an annulment. Divorve forms are available from the clerk's office if there was no property or support issues.
