Annulments are only granted legally under very limited circumstances. I have not looked at the statute in a while but I believe BOTH parties have to state that they did not know what they were doing at the time -- they were on drugs, drunk etc. OR one was completely tricked by the other (like in a bigamy situation). If you just changed your mind about doing this, you need a divorce.
