Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was divorce in April 2011 in Jacksonville FL, I was awarded a 2003 pontiac gran-am that is paid off and the title is in my ex-wife name only. She refuse to sign the title over to me. What should i do?

File a petiton for contempt/enforcement and set hearing. She will have to pay for your attorney fees should you hire one to do this for you. Or in the alternative, take the court order to the tax collector's office, show where this was to be enforced and perhaps they may go ahead and do so.
