Divorce
I have aquired divorce papers on line and do not know what I need to do with them now. The Spouse is Non US and out of the county. I reside in Fl and have had the address over 6 months as required. We have not seen or spoken to each other over two years now. I just want to get these papers filed. PLEASE HELP

You need a lawyer for at least two reasons: 1) if you don't know what to do, you shouldn't be doing this on your own and 2) out-of-U.S. service of process is complicated.
The simple answer to your question, though, is fill out the papers, file them with the clerk with the $408 filing fee, and get a private process server to get service of the proper papers on your spouse.
