When going through divorce proceedings can we freeze a spouses assests, like 401k, in the state of florida?

If you believe that there is a legitimate chance of the monies disappearing, you can file a motion with the court. The court can order a freeze on the assets.

It can be ordered by the court if you can show the judge that assets might disappear before final judgment...
