Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

divorce asset distribution

My Wife has fild for a divorce in Florida where we both reside She recently inherited some cash and a 1/3 intrest in property that is listed for slae presently Am I entitled to any part of this inheritence as an equal distrbution on assests aquired while married I believe Florida has a 50/50 asset allocation on property There are on children involved also there is a pending law suit against the nursing home Is there any claim to a future settlement as this will probably be settled after the divorce although it is currently active

You are not entitled to share in her inheritance.
