Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce case. MY lawyer did not show up to a hearing to have me removed from the home and the judge sides with my soon to be ex and his aligations. I ask if i could speak and was told 'NO' by the judge, as a result I am living in my car and have no funds to feed myself. what are my rights as far as defending myself and speaking on my behalf? I live in florida

Sorry for your dilemna. However, there is not enough info as to why the judge would not allow you to speak or why you were removed from the home. I suggest you do as Mr. Rose suggest, file a Motion for a rehearing on the matter. IN the meantime you should file a Petition for Temporary Support as well.
