what is the cheapest price that I can file for a divorce in the state of Florida. I do not know where he is for you tosend them to him. I do know that he is in New Jersey. We do not have any kids or houses together.

If you prove to the court you cannot locate him, you will have to serve him by publication. Fair fee is $2000 for this type of divorce.

I could not give you an exact figure for services until we had a consultation to see what is actually involved. The court filing fee itself for a petition for dissolution in my area ranges in the high $300's. Then, there is the attorney's fee and whatever costs might be involved.
