Divorce with Child

What is consent final judgement? I was told that if my spouse and I are able to settle here, it would be much easier. There is a child involved and a want to move out of state with said child. I need to know options.

A "consent" final judgment is one you agree to. Take it to a lawyer and see if you agree to the terms before you sign off on it.
