divorce and child support and alimony

My husband left my 3 children and I in foreclosure in 2003 I have been married for 14 yrs He now lives in NY (us Florida) what should he be paying?

In most circumstances you would file for divorce. As part of the divorce proceedings you would have child support and possibly alimony established. The exact amount is based upon the financial situation of the parties

It is impossible to determine from the information (or lack of it) which you have provided. Child support is determined using a complex formula as set forth in Florida Statutes Chapter 61.

Basically, the net income of both parties less credits for insurance or child care paid is taken into consideration to determine the need of the child(ren). Each party is then responsible for their proportionate share based on the proportion of the total net income that he or she earns.
