Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce and child support

I'm am in the process of starting my divorce. We have two children and no assets. My question is, if my ex wife and I come up with a support amount can the courts decide against that amount and award more. And if there is a possibility of doing so would it be wise to have an attorney for this process?

You will need an attorney to negotiate with your wife and represent you in court. I am available to consult with you.
