divorce without children/but in midst of buying property

Hi..I need serious help and dont know what to do...I have been separated from my 1st husband since 1992...but never got divorced...now after 14 years... I am in the midst preparing for divorce and buying a house with my boyfriend...will half of that house belong to that (1st husband of mine)? because I live in the state of Florida?...I'm about 2 weeks from closing. and my divorce will take a while..I did not have any kids with my (1st husband)..thnx for your help
