Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Divorce contempt
Divorce was final few months ago.
Ex taking me to court for contempt.
Owed me money and I took it out
of monies I was to give him.He also
asking for things not mentioned in
the final decree.Will I need an attorney for this type of thing?????
Will I be in trouble????????????

It's almost always foolish not to have an attorney in family court.
