Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a Cuban inmigrant, I came to US in 1999, but since 1994 I have no relation with my ex-wife. I couldn't get a divorce because at the beginnig she refuse, now I do not know where is she, I have no contact with her any more. I want to get a divorce from her, but I do not know how to do it.

I do. She will have to be served process by publication.
