Is it hard to get shared custody of a child if the husband smoke pot.
Can I request that he has suporvised visitation and if he brings another woman areound my daughter I make her get drug tested.

Most judges aren't terribly worried about marijuana usage that doesn't occur around the kids, but you can give it a shot. Shared custody is the default unless there is a serious problem with one of the parents, something far more serious than marijuana usage.
