I am a friend asking these questions for a friend he is currently married and has one daughter that was born inside of wedlock his name is not on the birth certificate and his wife is currently in the military they have been living seperately since 2003 she has lived in saint johns county AND him in columbia county since 2003 she is claiming him as a dependent and has not paid a dime since he got his child back when she went into the military in march she is refusing to give the child back because she is fixing to be shipped to iraq for six months she is commiting adultery as i type this because she has a boyfriend while she is on leave for two weeks she is fradulently enlisted in the military because she states that they are still living together and that they are married without separation what kind of charges can he bring up on her and also all he has is department of family and children paternity test to prove he is the dad and he doesnt even know how to get that what can he do??????? he wants his daughter back and her mom is unfit when she first went into the military she left the child with a next door neighbor without so much as a penny for that child to be taken care of....
