Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In my divorce decree it says that non custodial parent can claim the dependency tax deduction and or credit for the oldest. Can I claim the oldest for the EIC since he lives with me or not?

If that is what the Order says, you should be able to do that. Your ex-spouse will have to complete the proper IRS form.
