Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My divorce decree specifically states my ex spouse gets 25% of my retirement when I retire from Norfolk Naval Shipyard. I transferred a year after the divorce and instead retired from Kings Bay Sun Base in Georgia. I was a civil service employee. Does the fact that she is asking for benefts from the wrong employer matter?
