Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi my divorce decree states "I shall maintain the present accident and health coverage for each of my minor chilren". does health insurance mean medical only or does it mean medical dental and vision? any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you

Whatever insurance you had on the day prior to your divorce, is the insurance they are referring to unless the decree states dental and vision. I suspect that you must pay one half of any medical bill not covered by your insurance - therefore perhaps it is best for you to have full coverage.
