Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In my divorce decree it states I will lose my alimony for remarriage or death or either party. I know it was suppose to read if I were to co-habitate with someone I would lose it well however that was not put in the final approved decree which my husband attorney typed up and was singed off on by the judge a year ago. Can I legally co-habitate without losing my alimony?

If the person you live with contributes substantially to your income, then it is possible that the alimony you receive can be reduced.
