divorce, disqualify opposing counsel

my husband attorney is as material witness in the case as he wrote the prenuptial agreement, also his deposition was taken numerous motion for disqualifying opposing counsel was file but never heard infront of judge should be this counsel disqulify from this case?

Should be. You must file a notice for hearing with judge.
