i want to get divorced but i dont know where my spouse is, can i get divorced without him?

Yes. You or your attorney will have to publish the intent in a newspaper rather than serve him directly. You can then go to the hearing alone and get your divorce (assuming he doesn't see the publication and respond with a contest).
