am i entitled to my former husbands pention if we were married over 20 years and both of us are remarried now for about 5 years.

There should have been provisions made in the divorce agreement concerning the pension. A spouse is entitled to half of what was vested/earned during the marriage. However, you may have waived your right to it during dissolution. Check your agreement...
